SIT8997 integrates high accuracy voltage detection circuits and time delay circuits to monitor battery cell voltage, current and temperature and tඣo protect Li-Ion and Li-Polymer battery package safety. SIT8997 has functi⛎on with charging from 0V which can increase battery pack service life. SIT8997 has three operation mode: normal mode, sleep mode and shutdown mode. SIT8997 enters sleep mode to reduce system power consumption when any battery cell is in low battery status.
